Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Services are exempt from being returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Payment for the SalesZip Marketing Private Limited Service is conducted based on the type of contract you have subscribed for via credit card through our applicable third party payment provider. If we change the price of your applicable plan, you will pay the new fee upon the next applicable renewal of your contract. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in United States dollars.

There will be no credits or partial refunds for the applicable monthly, quarterly or annual contract period that you select. There is no early termination of your selected term and you are therefore obligated to pay the entire amount of your contract.

We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis, in our sole discretion. To request a refund or cancellation, please e-mail [billing@saleszip.com].

SalesZip Marketing Private Limited may make discounts or coupons. SalesZip Marketing Private Limited may refuse to honor such discounts or coupons for any reason including, but not limited to, fraud, mistake on the part of our publication of information, or any other reason.

If you conduct a chargeback against SalesZip Marketing Private Limited, you shall be liable to SalesZip Marketing Private Limited for the full amount of the chargeback as well as any reasonable attorneys’ fees, collection agency fees, court costs, disbursements, and other expenses incurred by SalesZip Marketing Private Limited in its enforcement of its rights under this section.

Where a credit card is declined for any reason (including but not limited to expiration, insufficient credit, or precautionary anti-fraud measures), SalesZip Marketing Private Limited reserves the right to delete your account data and terminate access to the SalesZip Service without notice. Without prejudice to any of SalesZip’s rights under this section, SalesZip Marketing Private Limited may choose to first contact you and give you an opportunity to correct the failed payment issue prior to engaging in such a deletion.
